• We only accept online payments with a card. To pay for the services reserved through the website www.alicetipsandtrips.com or through the Best Business Travel SRL Customer Service department, the Company provides the following payment methods:

• The User chooses the payment method in the "Your Trip – Billing Information" section.
• When booking, choose the "Pay now" option and you will be redirected to the Netopia payment processor (NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES), where you can make the payment. o Through a payment link accessed from the service confirmation email, through the "Pay now" button.
o Through a payment link accessed from the user's account, in the Bookings History section, select the service, view the "Pay now" button.

Security should not be the reason that stops you from shopping online.
• Depending on the terms and conditions of the relevant provider, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
NOTE: Incorrect or incomplete entry of bank card or credit card details (card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code, or cardholder's name) as well as any other restrictions (insufficient funds, exceeding the daily/weekly/monthly payment ceiling, card blocking, restriction to use it only within the country, etc.) will lead to the refusal of the request by Your Trip – Billing Information. In this situation, the Company cannot be held responsible for not confirming the reservation in time and for any subsequent cost changes that may result.
• In addition, to minimize attempts at credit card or bank card fraud, if your reservation is paid with a credit or debit card of a third party, we may require written authorization from the cardholder. The Company reserves the right to conduct random checks to ensure that the passenger is the rightful cardholder or that the holder has consented to the payment of the booking amount.
• Before receiving full payment, Best Business Travel or the Tourist Service Provider is not obliged to issue tickets, confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents. However, in all cases, you remain responsible for the payment of the agreed sums for the ordered tourist products and services.
• The Company reserves the right to charge you additionally for any handling fees that we or the Tourist Service Provider incur in connection with bookings made with a credit or debit card. You will be notified of any applicable fees, if any. Alice Tips and Trips reserves the right to transfer any fees related to countering card payments.
• Attention! Airlines allow tickets to be issued no more than 72 hours from the time of booking but, in the case of some tickets, this period is reduced to 24 hours or even less. Exceeding this term implies the cancellation of the User's reservation. The Company does not assume any responsibility regarding the cancellation of reservations due to delays in making payments by the User or receiving confirmation from the payment processor.
• If the full payment corresponding to the ordered service is not recorded by the date of travel and the customer, informed by phone and/or email of this fact, does not take all measures to pay the outstanding amount in a timely manner, this is considered a renunciation and the penalties related to the cancellation conditions of the service or services and the ticket or tickets dictated by the Airlines come into force.

e. Trading Currency, Fees, and Invoice:
• All transactions through the Netopia payment processor (NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES) are carried out in EURO currency.
• By using a Euro card, Netopia will transact the value of the services directly in Euro currency.
• For transactions with cards issued in other currencies, the card-issuing bank will perform the conversion at its exchange rate or may apply other fees to the cardholder in the currency in which the User's account is opened, at the bank's respective exchange rate.
• The fees and the method of currency conversion strictly depend on the card-issuing bank, and the Company is not responsible for any differences resulting from the exchange rate applied by the bank and any possible fees charged by it to process the respective currency conversion.
• In the case of the refund of the retained sum by the Netopia payment processor, for bookings awaiting the service provider's confirmation and which were not confirmed for various reasons such as: lack of availability of the requested service, connection error with the providers or service providers, etc., the fees and the method of currency conversion strictly depend on the card-issuing bank, and the Company is not responsible for any differences resulting from the exchange rate applied by the bank and any possible fees charged by it to process the respective currency conversion.
• The tax invoice is issued in EURO, regardless of the currency in which the transaction for the cost of the plane ticket was carried out. The Company does not take any responsibility for any differences that may arise between the invoiced amount and the amount withdrawn from the bank card following a transaction in a different currency than the one in which the card's main account is opened.
• The Company will issue, for each booking, a tax invoice, using the billing details provided by the User in the "Your Trip – Billing Information" section.
• The invoice is automatically sent by email (to the email address provided by the User) within 7 working days from the date of the booking.
• According to current laws, the invoice is considered original without the Company's signature and stamp. However, if the User wishes, the Company can send by courier (at the User's expense) a signed and stamped copy.

f. Dispatch of Documents in Electronic or Printed Format:
• Plane tickets and vouchers issued by the system will be automatically sent to the email address specified in the "Your Trip – Billing Information" section. Therefore, it is mandatory that the email address mentioned during the booking process is valid and active, as the Company cannot be held responsible for any damage to the customer because the documents did not arrive on time.
• Documents can also be found in the User's account, in the Bookings History section.
• Upon request, Best Business Travel will dispatch, at the User's expense, printed documents within the following time frames:

Failure to comply with these booking conditions can influence the final fare of the ticket. Best Business Travel does not provide air transport services and, therefore, is not responsible for the manner of service provision. The above-mentioned agreement concluded through www.alicetipsandtrips.com is executed based on the general terms and conditions individually established by the Service Providers and displayed in Your Trip – Billing Information, which the User acknowledges and agrees to. Responsibility for the proper provision of air transport service lies in each particular case with the entity directly responsible for the actual provision of this service.

b. The plane tickets (travel document) that you (the Passenger) purchase for national and international destinations are reserved and issued by Best Business Travel as an agent in accordance with the airlines, as direct providers of transport services.

c. All conditions of sale, restrictions, and penalties are dictated by the airlines and are not limited. The passenger must also take care of visa and accommodation arrangements for the destination country, as well as comply with customs regulations and other restrictions. Airlines continuously send written or electronic notifications about fare rules. Given this, fares and applicable rules cannot be published.

c. The selected flight options are presented in a manner adjusted to the travel details chosen by the User and filtered to match the criteria chosen when conducting the search by the User, being classified into categories: "Cheapest/Most expensive/Price Range", "Number of Stops/Maximum Connection Time" based on the following parameters:

a. The User can reserve a ticket provided that they have entered the correct personal data in the System, following the order required by the airlines' procedures. Before reserving a ticket, the User is obligated to read the Company's Terms and Conditions in the Your Trip + Airline Policies section and to acquire information regarding payment conditions for the chosen flight routes.

b. Understanding the details about the fare will help the User make the best choice in terms of the cost of the chosen routes and minimize the cost of a potential cancellation. In this regard, it is recommended that the User consult the rules imposed by fare classes and, in case of any uncertainties, contact Customer Service.

c. The User receives booking confirmation at the email address they have entered in the relevant field. The confirmation includes: the booking number, information about the chosen route, the total cost of the ticket, and the payment method.

d. Going through all the presented steps and ordering the ticket will be mandatory for purchasing a plane ticket.

e. The cost of a ticket is displayed in the European currency – EURO. It includes: the price of the ticket, airport taxes, and the ticket issuance fee charged by the Company to cover the administrative costs that may result from confirming the booking.

f. Confirmation of a booking does not imply confirmation of the final fare, as airlines may change the fare without prior notice. Thus, if the User's booking was made at a fare that is no longer valid at the time of payment confirmation by the payment processor used by the Company, the Company's employees will contact the User to communicate the new fare, before issuing the plane ticket.

g. If the User agrees to the new fare, they will need to take measures to pay the Company the resulting difference as soon as possible, and the plane ticket will be issued after the difference is paid and confirmed. If the User does not agree to the communicated fare, the Company will fully refund the amount paid by the User within 2-5 working days from the moment of receiving the money (the term may vary depending on banking procedures or other payment processor).

4. Purchasing an Airline Ticket

a. The User can purchase a ticket provided that they have entered the correct personal data in the System, following the order required by the airlines' procedures. Before purchasing a ticket, the User is obligated to read the Company's Terms and Conditions in the Your Trip + Airline Policies section and to acquire information regarding payment conditions for the chosen flight routes.

b. The plane ticket is not transferable.

c. Once paid for and issued, the ticket will be considered an agreement between the airline and the passenger. Before actually paying for the ticket, the passenger must read all the conditions and restrictions applicable to their ticket.

d. Prices do not necessarily appear on the ticket. The airline decides whether the price is printed on the ticket or not - according to their own fare rules.

e. Plane tickets are the property of I.A.T.A. - BSP Romania - as a representative of member airlines. Alice Tips and Trips cannot be held liable for the method of calculating fares and prices set by I.A.T.A. or by the airlines.

f. Each plane ticket (and its price) is subject to restrictions and rules applicable to that specific destination. The passenger must inform themselves about these restrictions and rules before purchasing the ticket. Subsequent complaints based on a wrong interpretation or on incorrect information are not considered.

g. The passenger must read these general conditions before purchasing the ticket. Once the ticket is purchased, it is understood that the passenger is aware of all the terms and conditions of the ticket.

h. Usually, the price includes all applicable taxes, but there are situations where the passenger, during their journey, may have to pay other fees - which were not included at the time of purchase.

i. Understanding the details about the fare will help the User make the best choice in terms of the cost of the chosen routes and minimize the cost of a potential cancellation. In this regard, it is recommended that the User consult the rules imposed by fare classes and, in case of any uncertainties, contact Customer Service.

j. To obtain the lowest fares for flights within Europe, it is recommended that bookings and ticket purchases be made at least two weeks before the flight date.

k. The lowest fare is the one for tickets using the "Sunday Rule". When using such a ticket, the User must consider that the return will always be on the nearest Sunday after departure. Also, the departure and arrival will not take place on the same day.

l. If the displayed fares differ significantly from the final ones, it is possible that places in the economy classes are exhausted. You are advised to check the departure and arrival dates.

m. For trips outside Europe, it is good to know that the fare largely depends on the season.

n. After receiving the booking, Best Business Travel SRL may contact the Client to verify their personal data and confirm the offer. If this contact is not possible, the Company cannot be held responsible for making the booking under the conditions outlined in the booking.

5 .Ticket Form

Best Business Travel SRL reserves the option to change the ticket form from a printed ticket to an electronic ticket where this is possible, or the ticket is the document (printed or handwritten) or electronic agreement that allows the passenger to fly. The ticket is issued by the agent and belongs to the airline.

6. Reservation Changes or Cancellations Due to the Airline

a. Best Business Travel SRL assumes no responsibility for any changes to flight schedules or routes due to the Airlines, as well as in the case of flight cancellation by the Airlines. Any information regarding potential changes in the Airlines' systems will be communicated by the employees of Best Business Travel SRL either by phone or to the email address specified in the “Your Trip – Billing Information” section as soon as possible after Best Business Travel SRL receives the official notification from the air transport operator.

b. The Company will not assume responsibility for losses incurred due to an airline strike or airport employees, situations of force majeure (government interventions, wars, hijackings, fires, floods, accidents, storms, terrorist attacks, industrial actions), or any situation beyond the direct control of the Company that results in the cancellation of the reservation or flight.

c. The agent cannot be held responsible for changes to the flight schedule, flight delays, onboard experience, overbookings, or related services (e.g., lost luggage). In case of such incidents, the passenger should directly address the airline.

d. The Company is not liable for planes taking off/landing at a different time than that written on the plane ticket. For these delays, the airline is obliged to assist tourists according to Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004, establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 295/91, implemented by Government Decision No. 1,912/2006. Any issue regarding the operation of the flight and actions adjacent to it falls under the jurisdiction and responsibility of the carrier, with the plane ticket representing the contract between the passenger and the carrier.

7. Refunding Airline Tickets

a. In the event of non-use of the service, the customer has the option to return an airline ticket purchased through www.alicetipsandtrips.com , provided that the type of ticket allows such an operation, and the return is made before the departure date. At the time of ticket return, the customer should be aware that penalties resulting from the operation will be deducted from the ticket cost (the amount deducted as a penalty for ticket return is set by the Airlines and mentioned in the fare conditions and may exceed 50% of the initial ticket cost, depending on the fare class).

b. The passenger must use all flight segments in the order specified on the ticket; otherwise, they can no longer use the ticket and will not receive a refund for unused segments.

c. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to fulfill all requirements for a trouble-free journey: passport, visas, insurance, accommodation, etc. Any refusal to board the plane will not be considered for a refund.

d. Some airline tickets purchased under promotional rates do not allow changes (such as name, itinerary, etc.) or refunds, even if the ticket is returned before the departure date. Canceling such a ticket or not showing up for the flight means losing the total amount paid for this type of ticket.

e. The passenger may cancel the flight at any time before departure. Regardless of the reason, penalties apply, usually 100% of the ticket price and fees. If the airline's rules allow more favorable refund conditions, the agency will apply these rules in favor of the passenger, without affecting the retention of administrative costs. If the customer received a discount at the time of ticket issuance, in case of a request for voluntary cancellation, that amount will be retained by the agency from the refundable amount by the airline.

f. The issuance fee charged by the Company (and shown at the time of booking, as well as on the corresponding invoice) is non-refundable. In case the Customer benefits from a refund from the Airline operating the chosen flight, the issuance fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

g. The refundable amount following the cancellation operation will be directed to the Customer's account, depending on the initial payment method chosen by them, only after this amount has been received in the agency's accounts from the Airline.

h. In the case of ticket return, it must be sent by mail directly to the address:
Best Business Travel SRL,
Str. 3 Herastrau Street, 2nd Floor, Ap. 5, 011981 Bucharest, Romania Or by email to help@alicetipsandtrips.com

i. Postal fees (if any) for sending the ticket to Best Business Travel SRL are borne by the customer. For more security, we advise you to send the ticket by registered letter or courier. Depending on the payment method used, the amount resulting after deduction of penalties will be refunded to the customer's credit card or directly to the bank account within 30 days of the Company's receipt of the returned ticket.

8. Reservation Changes

a. Reservation changes can be requested through Customer Service or at the email address help@alicetipsandtrips.com or by completing the contact form available on the website.

b. The User acknowledges at the time of booking (either by phone or by preconfirmation email) that not all airlines and not all types of tickets allow changes. If the change is permitted by the type of ticket purchased, depending on availability and the policy applied by the airline, the total cost of the change includes:
• The change fee charged by the airline, according to the booking terms and conditions
• The fare difference (the difference between the initial fare at which the ticket was purchased and the available fare at the time of making the change for the new travel coordinates, including any airport tax differences)
• The transaction fee charged by the Company for processing the requested changes
• Delays or Cancellations. Compensation Procedure

c.In case of cancellation or prolonged delay of the flight, after verifying all of the User's travel details, the Company will inform them which entity to approach for compensation, for example, AirHelp Germany GmbH, Boxhagener Strasse 18, 10245 Berlin, Germany, VAT ID: DE 320095320, https://www.airhelp.com/ro/ which will act only at the request and with the consent of the customer. In most cases, these services, when not included in the airfare, can be added for additional fees charged by the airlines, either during the reservation process or through Customer Service.

d. Some airlines do not allow the addition of any additional services after online check-in procedures have been completed.

e. Additional services can be purchased exclusively for flights operated by the selling airline. For operating certain routes, there may be agreements between airlines through which one carrier may operate a flight on behalf of another. These flights are known as code-share flights and for such trips, any additional service can be purchased by the User only at the airport, before starting the journey.

f. Both the agency, as an intermediary between the User and the airline, and the User, as the beneficiary of the services provided by the carrier, will fully respect the rules imposed by the airlines regarding the possibility of adding additional services and the costs charged for adding this type of services. The agency cannot be held responsible if the airline cannot honor the User's request favorably.

2. Additional Services Offered During the Reservation Process

a. Thus, the User is exempt from paying the transaction fees practiced by the Company and specified in the transaction fee table, but if an airline charges a fee for changes/returns/additional services in accordance with the fare conditions, the User is obliged to pay for the service, as specified by the company.

Best Business Travel is not responsible for changes made by the carrier to seat reservations in accordance with the carrier's internal regulations, especially for operational or security reasons.

3. Additional Service of Special Assistance (passengers with reduced mobility and passengers with disabilities)

a. This service is free, provided by airlines in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EC) NO. 1107/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of July 5, 2006, concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility during air travel.

c. Airlines require prior confirmation for this service so that all necessary preparations for boarding can be made in a timely manner, without affecting the flight operation conditions and safety conditions.

d. The request to add this special assistance service can be made by the User also by directly contacting the airline that is to operate the flight, following the deadlines indicated by it. Depending on the airline, the type of aircraft that is to operate the flight, the number of requests received and confirmed in this regard, the transport company will analyze the request, which is the only one able to confirm or reject the granting of the service for the requested flight. Best Business Travel cannot be held responsible if the airline cannot honor the User's request favorably.

According to the current regulations, the sole obligation of Best Business Travel is to receive such requests for assistance (transmitted at least 96 hours in advance) and to transmit the respective information at least 36 hours before the published departure time of the flight, both to the managements of departure, arrival, transit airports, and to the operating air carrier.

Note: Some hotels have a more restrictive cancellation policy, especially for promotional rates, and some lodging services are non-refundable after the reservation is finalized.
This information will be specified in the specific cancellation policy section during the booking process, and in the event of cancellation or no-show at the hotel, the User will not be able to benefit from a refund for the unused services regardless of circumstances.

b.To avoid fraudulent use of the Reservation System and making false reservations, BBTR reserves the right to cancel unguaranteed reservations made without a bank card, in cases where it is not possible to contact the User at the telephone number provided by them.
In this case, the User has no right to claim for the provision of the hotel service in question. The User may opt for a guaranteed reservation, using an electronic payment method through the payment processor and thus preventing the reservation from being canceled for the reasons mentioned above.
Note: Some hotels have fluctuating rates, which change daily. The rate is not guaranteed except based on a confirmed reservation and remains firm at the time of its confirmation. A request for a refund based on the fact that the online sale rate was different from the reception rate or promotional or last-minute rates appearing later is not acceptable.

c.Refund requests due to the total or partial non-use of hotel services must be accompanied by a written request from the User and a written confirmation from the hotel/provider.
This confirmation does not guarantee the return of the value of the unused services and will be honored only if both the hotel and the Hotel Service Provider accept the return of the value of the unused services.

Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and obtain a full refund of any payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, have changed significantly. If, before the start of the package, the merchant responsible for the package cancels it, travelers are entitled to a refund.

5. The contract may be terminated without payment of termination penalties, before the start of the package, but only in exceptional circumstances that are not exclusively within the traveler's control (e.g., serious security problems at the destination that are likely to affect the package). The traveler has the option to terminate the contract before the start of the package, but only in exchange for paying an adequate and justifiable termination penalty.

6. If, after the start of the package, important elements of the package cannot be executed as agreed, suitable alternative services must be offered to the traveler without any additional costs. Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination penalty if the services are not executed in accordance with the contract and this fact substantially affects the execution of the package and the tour operator does not remedy the problem.

7. Travelers also have the right to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages if travel services are not performed or are performed improperly. The traveler does not have the right to compensation for damages if the non-conformity occurs in one of the following situations: it is attributable to the traveler; it is attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel services included in the package travel contract and is unpredictable or unavoidable; it is caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

8. Travelers have the obligation to communicate any non-conformity found during the execution of the package without unjustifiable delays.

9. The Company provides assistance if a traveler is in difficulty.

10. The Company is responsible for any errors caused by technical faults in the booking system that are attributable to it and, if it has agreed to organize the booking of a package or travel services that are part of associated travel services, for the errors made during the booking process.

11. The Company is not responsible for booking errors attributable to the traveler or caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

12. In accordance with the provisions of article 12 of GO 2/2018, BBTR reserves the right to unilaterally modify these provisions, provided that the customer is informed in a clear, intelligible, and prominently highlighted manner, changes that can be followed on the website www.alicetipsandtrips.com.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") represents an alternative to the judicial system, providing consumers with the opportunity to resolve disputes they may have with merchants when they face a problem related to the purchase of a product or service.

14. Thus, complaints against merchants are voluntarily presented by consumers, to be resolved in an independent, impartial, transparent, rapid, and fair manner.

15. The ADR Department within the National Authority for Consumer Protection ("ANPC") has the competence to alternatively resolve national and cross-border disputes arising from sales contracts or service contracts concluded with a merchant who carries out activities in Romania, in the sectors of activity where ANPC is competent.

16. The request for ADR application, the list of ADR counselors, ADR Procedure, and applicable legislation can be consulted here - http://www.anpc.gov.ro/categorie/1271/sal

18. If the tour operator goes into insolvency, payments will be refunded. If it goes into insolvency after the start of the package, and transport is included in the package, repatriation of travelers is guaranteed. BBTR has contracted insolvency protection with Omniasig. Travelers can contact this entity if services are refused due to BBTR's insolvency.
